Our Approach

When it comes to workplace wellbeing, often the most important thing to address is proving the right support for both leaders and employees alike.

Benevolent Health’s workplace wellbeing mentors, work with leaders, managers and employees to develop tailored Wellness Action Plans designed to prevent mental illness.

If an employee is suffering with stress, anxiety or depression it is important that the leaders and managers within an organisation understand the support required for their employees. Our workplace wellbeing mentor programme utilises our own emotional technology platform, Mind Hub alongside one to one sessions for employees.

Mind Hub is a confidential, password protected online platform that employees use to complete a short stress test. The outcome determines how an employee is directed within the platform and which modules and exercises they can take to help them increase awareness of their own stress, anxiety and depression, or the emotional wellbeing of their family, friends and work colleagues.

We can also curate tailored content to meet your organisational or employee needs

Combining exceptional people with brilliant technology

Mind Hub is an anonymous platform for managers, employees, and executives. Our aim is to create healthier, happier and more productive employees who feel safe, supported and thrive at work.

Our carefully curated videos, exercises, and questionnaires are based on leading clinical expertise but delivered with the heart and soul you need to feel emotionally connected and less stressed to enjoy the workplace.

Our Workplace Mentor Aidan will direct you towards exercises that help rewire your brain and build your resilience daily to make lasting changes.
