Nadia co-founded Harrington Starr 15 years ago and has grown from a trainee to a Managing Director of a £25m turnover company. She believes recruitment is about investing in people, so they can become the best they can be within the industry.

She has been heavily involved in the Harrington Starr @womenoffintech campaign and recently created the diversity & inclusion programme ‘HSRAE-Success Is Inclusion’ as well as the STEPFORWARD programme, helping companies work towards gender equality.
